外文摘要：The rapid development of educational technology in the AI era has placed higher demands on the information-based teaching capabilities of university teachers. This paper, through an empirical investigation into the current status of information-based teaching capabilities among faculty at Guangdong Ocean University, explores the current state and influencing factors of these capabilities under the backdrop of the AI era, using Guangdong Ocean University as a case study. Based on a thorough analysis of the current situation and influencing factors, this paper proposes strategies to enhance the information-based teaching capabilities of university teachers in the AI era from four aspects: training systems, collaborative mechanisms, teaching models, and innovative paradigms, aiming to provide reference and guidance for the comprehensive development of information-based teaching capabilities among university teachers. ? 2025 IEEE.
