中文摘要:400只7日龄艾维茵肉鸡,随机均分为1,2,3和4组,4个小组垫料平养。1组和3组采用23L∶1D的连续光照程序(CL),2组和4组为1L∶3D的间歇光照程序(IL)。1组和2组空气中氨气浓度≤10ppm,3组和4组空气中氨气浓度控制在25~35ppm。结果表明,间歇光照可显著降低由氨气浓度过高引起的肉仔鸡腹水征和心肺功能异常造成的死亡率,与连续光照相比,间歇光照不影响肉鸡出栏时的体重,但能改善饲料报酬。要想充分发挥间歇光照对肉鸡的有利作用,必须为其提供良好的饲养条件。
外文摘要:A total of 400 7-day-old Avian broiler was distributed randomly into four rooms reared on litter floor Room codes were H 1,H 2,H 3 and H 4,A continuious lighting schedule 23L∶1D(CL)was used in H 1 and H 3 while an intermittent lighting schedule 1L∶3D(IL)was offered for H 2 and H 4 Fresh air was continuiously offered for H 2 and H 1(trial 1)in which NH 3 density was below 10 ppm In contract,NH 3 density was controlled between 25~35 ppm in H 3 and H 4(trial 2) The result showed that mortality of birds under IL due to ascites(caused by abnormal function of lungs and heart,and accumulation of fluid in the abdomen)was significant decreased in trial 2 Compared with CL,IL did not affect the body weight of marketing age,however,feed conversion of IL was lower than that of CL A good environment condition had to be given for broilers in order to bring the benefits of IL into full play
