中文摘要:本试验旨在研究饲料脂肪源对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏脂肪酸组成、脂肪代谢相关指标的影响。挑选450尾体格健壮、大小均匀、平均体重为(17.67±0.03)g的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼鱼苗,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。各组分别投喂以鱼油(FO)、豆油(SO)、亚麻籽油(LO)、菜籽油(RO)、花生油(PO)为脂肪源配制的5种等氮(粗蛋白质约49%)、等脂(粗脂肪约11%)试验饲料,试验期8周。结果表明:1)FO组和LO组的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)显著高于PO组(P<0.05)。2)RO组的肝脏C18∶1含量最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);SO组的肝脏C18:2n-6含量显著高于除PO组外的其他各组(P<0.05);FO组的肝脏C20:5n-3、C22:6n-3含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。3)PO组的血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);FO组的血清超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。4)LO组的肝脏谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著低于SO组(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于FO组和RO组(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于FO组和PO组(P<0.05)。FO组的肝脏脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)活性显著高于除LO组外的其他各组(P<0.05),LO组的肝脏肉碱脂酰转移酶1(CPT-1)活性显著高于PO组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料脂肪源对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的生长性能、血清生化指标及肝脏脂肪酸组成、脂肪代谢相关指标均有一定的影响。FO组和LO组的生长性能相对较好,而SO组和RO组次之,SO、LO、RO可以作为珍珠龙胆石斑鱼饲料中良好的植物油源。

外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary lipid sources on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and liver fatty acids composition,lipid metabolism related indexes of Epinephelus lanceolatus×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus.A total of 450 athletic,uniform juvenile Epinephelus lanceolatus×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus with an average body weight of(17.67±0.03)g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.Fish in each group were fed five isonitrogenous(about 49%crude protein)and isolipidic(about 11%crude lipid)experimental diets which were formulated by fish oil(FO),soybean oil(SO),linseed oil(LO),rapeseed oil(RO)and peanut oil(PO)as lipid sources,and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)of FO group and LO group were significantly higher than those of PO group(P<0.05).2)The liver C18:1 content of RO group was the highest,and significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05);the liver C18:2n-6 content of SO group was significantly higher than that of other groups except PO group(P<0.05);and the contents of C20:5n-3 and C22:6n-3 in liver of FO group were significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).3)The serum triglycerides(TG)content of PO group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05);the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum of FO group were the highest,and significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).4)The liver aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity of LO group was significantly lower than that of SO group(P<0.05),and the alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity was significantly higher than that of FO group and RO group(P<0.05),but the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was significantly lower than that of FO group and PO group(P<0.05).The liver fatty acid synthase(FAS)activity of FO group was significantly higher than that of the other groups except LO group(P<0.05),and the liver carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1(CPT-1)activity of LO group was significantly higher than that of PO group(P<0.05).To sum up,dietary lipid sources have certain influence on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and liver fatty acids composition,lipid metabolism related indexes of Epinephelus lanceolatus×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus.The growth performance of FO group and LO group is relatively good,while SO group and RO group take second place,SO,LO and RO can be used as a good vegetable oil source in the diet of Epinephelus lanceolatus×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus.
