中文摘要:目的:研究飞机草总黄酮提取物对AA肉鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数和血清免疫球蛋白的影响,探讨飞机草总黄酮提取物作为饲料添加对肉鸡的应用效果。方法:选用1日龄AA肉鸡160只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg的飞机草总黄酮,试验期为42 d。结果:在整个试验期中,添加不同浓度的飞机草总黄酮对肉鸡日均增重、料重比、胸肌率的影响显著(P<0.05),添加400 mg/kg的飞机草总黄酮对肉鸡胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、Ig G、SIg A影响显著(P<0.05)。结论:飞机草总黄酮提取物能够促进肉鸡生长,改善肉鸡的肉用性能,提高肉鸡的免疫功能。

外文摘要:Objective: To study the effects of total flavonoids from Eupatorium odoratum Linn. on growth performance, immune organ indexes and serum immunoglobulins level in AA broilers, and investigate the application effect of total flavonoids from E.odoratum as feed additives. Methods: 160 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups, and each group was divided into four small groups with 10 chickens in each. Chickens in the control group were fed basal diet, while chickens in thetest group, based upon the basal diet, were supplemented with 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, and 400 mg/kg of E.odoratum flavonoids,respectively. The trial lasted for 42 d. Results: During the whole test period, different concentrations of E.odoratum flavonoids could significantly improve the broilers' daily weight gain, the ratio of feed to gain, and the ratio of breast muscle(P〈0.05),moreover 400 mg/kg of E. odoratum flavonoids could significantly increase the broilers' thymus index, bursal index, and the levels of serum Ig G and SIg A(P〈0.05). Conclusion: E.odoratum flavonoids could enhance AA broilers' growth performance, meat performance and immune function.
