中文摘要：高校本科教学评估每五年一轮,图书馆的藏书数量是评估的硬性指标之一,为了达标各高校普遍出现了迎评购书现象。如何保证购书质量,结合学校的购书实践,叙述迎评购书的背景,从购书的指导思想,市场调查分析,购书模式选择,处理好效益与购书质量协议技巧等4个方面提出对策,对迎评购书活动具有参考的意义。

外文摘要：Undergraduate Teaching Quality Assessment （TQA） of universities and colleges happens every five years in which the library number is one of the hard indicators. Thus many universities and colleges go book purchasing to reach the standards. So the quality of specially purchased books has become a topic. Considering the purchasing process of our university this paper depicts the book-purchasing background and consequently puts forward some countermeasures from the following four aspects＂ guiding ideology, market survey, choice of book-purchasing mode and how to deal with the relationship between benefits and the techniques of book-purchasing quality agreements. And it has some referential significance for guaranteeing the quality of TAQ book purchasing.
