外文摘要：The Chinese shrimp industry has the important status internationally, but in recent years Chinese shrimp exportation has faced huge challenge. It is significant to know our shrimp product, the present situation, to further study our shrimp product and industry, and to enhance competitive ability and sustainable development of our shrimp industry.
