外文摘要：This paper focuses on the operation and maintenance stage of urban underground space,describes and divides the functional requirements of urban underground space operation and maintenance.On this basis,introduces BIM technology to construct the operation and maintenance management framework of urban underground space,and analyzes the function models of BIM technology in operation and maintenance stage,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the whole life cycle management of urban underground space development projects,as well as the application value of BIM technology.
