外文摘要：New media as a kind of network culture has been widely spread in the university campus,and profoundly affected the students＇ learning,life,communication even become an indispensable part of daily life. New media network culture with its diversification of communication,massive information,open interaction and other characteristics of the socialist core values of college students to cultivate both positive and inevitable negative impacts. It is of great practical significance to fully understand the cultural and educational characteristics of the new media,to cope actively with the opportunities and challenges,to strengthen the theoretical analysis and countermeasures,and to make full use of the advantages of new media to cultivate the socialist core values of college students.
