中文摘要：以东盟为重点的南海—太平洋通道是我国对外贸易的重要海运通道及战略合作带,东盟国家多数是中国的海上近邻,中国—东盟贸易畅通在推进21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中举足轻重。中国与东盟是相互依存度高的重要贸易伙伴,双方互补优势显著。基于引力模型的实证结果表明,经济增长和经济发展、人口总量、优惠贸易安排、以及国家沿海特征等是促进双方贸易畅通的因素,运输距离是阻碍贸易流通的核心变量,人民币升值也在一定程度上制约了双边贸易发展。因此,中国—东盟应推进海上道路联通,进一步加强贸易政策沟通,并与货币流通结合起来促进贸易畅通。

外文摘要：South China Sea - Pacific marine passageway which focuses on ASEAN is the most important marine transport passageway and strategic cooperation zone. Most ASEAN countries are China＇ s marine neighbors, China - ASEAN trade flow relations are very important in promoting 21st century sea silk roads. China -ASEAN are key trade partners with a high mutual dependence and significant complementary advantages. The empirical results which based on gravity model show that, economic growth and development, total population, preferential trade ar- rangements, and national coastal feature are pushing factors of bilateral trade flow. And transport distance is core obstacle to trade flow, to some extent, RMB appreciation also restricted the development of China - ASEAN bilater- al trade. So, China- ASEAN should promote marine road facilitation, further strengthen trade policy communica- tion. and together with currency circulation to stimulate trade flow.
