中文摘要：仪器资源是开展教学实践、科学研究和学科人才培养工作的重要物质基础,而大型仪器的数量和构成是评价一个高校综合实力的重要标准。由于大型仪器的特殊性造成了其使用者单一和使用效率不高等问题,合理地引入信息化系统来管理大型仪器设备,使大型仪器的使用更加高效,对于提高教师教学质量、科研人员科研水平、创新型人才的培养等方面具有重要的推动作用。

外文摘要：Instrument resources are the important material basis for teaching practice,scientific research and training ofdisciplines,however,the quantity and composition of large instruments are important criteria for evaluating the comprehensivestrength of an university.Due to the particularity of the large instruments,they were only used by professionals and couldn'tbe used efficiently.Using information system to manage large instruments has playing an important role in promoting theutilization of large instruments,improving the quality of teaching and the level of scientific research,and the cultivationof innovative talents.
