中文摘要：以淮山薯不定芽为材料,采用正交试验设计方法研究了蔗糖、多效唑(PP333)、脱落酸(ABA)、激动素(KT)对淮山薯试管珠芽诱导的影响。结果表明:①组合MS+蔗糖90 g/L+PP333 2.0 mg/L+ABA 12 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L最有利于淮山薯试管珠芽的诱导,珠芽诱导率84.46%,平均珠芽数4.45个;②蔗糖是影响珠芽诱导率和平均珠芽数的主导因子,脱落酸是影响珠芽大小的主导因子;③较高浓度的蔗糖(90 g/L)有利于淮山薯试管珠芽的诱导,平均诱导率77.63%,平均珠芽数4.12个。

外文摘要：Using adventitious buds of Dioscorea fortlii as materials,employing orthogonal experimental design methods,the effects of sugar,paclobutrazol（PP333）,abscisic acid（ABA） and kinetin（KT） on the induction of bulbils of Dioscorea fortlii were investigated.Results showed that,MS medium supplied with 90 g/L sugar,2.0 mg/L PP333,12 mg/L ABA and 1.0 mg/L KT was best for the induction of bulbils,with an inducting rate of 84.46% and an average number of bulbils of 4.45;sugar was the principle influencing factor on the bulbils induction and the number of induced bulbils,while abscisic acid was the principle influencing factor on the size of induced bulbils;high sugar concentration（90 g/L） enhanced the induction of bulbils,with an inducing rate of 77.63% and an average number of bulbils of 4.12.
