中文摘要:使用大田实验数据和实验室数据建立了实验室锤度和田间锤度与甘蔗糖分关系的数学模型。统计分析表明 ,实验室锤度、田间锤度与糖分间均存在显著的线性关系 ,并且实验室锤度———糖分关系与大田锤度———糖分关系存在显著性 (α =0 .0 5 )差异 ;而不同甘蔗品种间的田间锤度———糖分关系无显著性差异 (α =0 .0 5 )。故不同的取样方法应使用不同的方程来估计甘蔗糖分 ;而不同甘蔗品种间田间锤度———糖分关系可用同一模型来描述。对三个供试甘蔗品种应用该模型进行实测验证 ,实测与预测值的相对误差均在 7%以内。

外文摘要:In this article, mathematical models describing the relationships between brix obtained in field or laboratory and sugar content have been built based on the experimental data from the field and laboratory. There are, in statistic sense, significant linear relationships between (field and laboratory) brix and sugar content in sugarcane. And there is a significant difference between the relationship of field brix sugar content and the one of laboratory brix sugar content (at significant level 0.05); while there is no significant difference among the relationships between field brix sugar content in different varieties of sugarcane. Therefore, different mathematical equations should be applied to describe the relationships between brix and sugar content in sugarcane when different methods are used for taking samples (brix from field or laboratory; while the same equation may be applied to describe the relationships between field brix and sugar content in different varieties of sugarcane. The equation has been validated using the data of field brix and sugar content in the three varieties of sugarcane. The results have shown that the relative errors between the values measured and the ones estimated by the equation are within 7%.
