中文摘要：D-葡萄糖与L-亮氨酸在pH7、温度95～105℃下反应5h,得棕化反应物,经GC-MS对其醚溶性产物分析表明,产物中含有呋喃、吡喃、酯、酮类等多种致香物质。该产物2%加入烟草薄片中使薄片理化性能有明显改善。

外文摘要：After reacting at 95～105℃ and pH7 for 5h, D-glucose and L-leucine produce brown reaction product. Through the GC-MS analysis to the ether solubility show that the product contain many fragrant compounds, such as furans, pyrans, esters and ketones et al. physical and chemical character of tobacco sheet can improve obviously when add 2% this product.
