外文摘要：Theory of Translation Equal Effects holds that target readers can receive the similar or the same messages from the translation just as source readers do from the original,though both the translation and the original are quite distinct in form,which can be applied to the navigational English translation.This article,combined with the features of navigational English as well as ample examples,analyses linguistically the choice of words,the expression of sentences,and the structure of discourse in varied aspects,with the purpose of ushering translators to follow the inherent regularity of navigational translation and further strengthening the communication and cooperation at home and abroad.
