中文摘要:用鲎血浆蛋白合成硒螯合肽(HXXT),研究HXXT抗氧化和酶抑制的体外活性。结果显示:在浓度为1.0 mg/m L时,HXXT总抗氧化能力达到最大,DPPH自由基清除率41.9%;·OH清除率87.0%,和Vc的羟自由基的清除率相当。HXXT浓度0.7 mg/m L时,对α-葡萄糖苷酶达到最大抑制率42.6%,HXXT对ACE和脂肪酶的半数抑制浓度IC50分别是5.239,5.170 1 mg/m L。这表明HXXT可以进一步研究开发为具有补硒功效的治疗糖尿病、高血压和肥胖症的药物或保健产品。
外文摘要:Selenium-chelated peptide[HXXT]from Limulus plasma protein had been synthesized,and its antioxidant and enzymic inhibition were chosed as indicators for its bioactivitive research in vitro.Results showed that HXXT total antioxidant capacity reached maximum when its concentration was 1.0 mg/mL;DPPH scavenging rate could reach 41.9%;HXXT showed quite the same·OH scavenging activity as Vc,which scavenging rate was up to 87.0%.HXXT at the concentration of 0.7 mg/mL showed the maximum inhibitive rate of 42.6%againstɑ-glucosidase;HXXT half maximal inhibitory concentrations(IC 50)on ACE and lipase were 5.239 mg/mL and 5.170 1 mg/mL respectively.Therefore,HXXT could be further developed for the therapeutic medicine of diabetes,hypertension and obesity or health products with selenium supplementation.
