中文摘要：产学研合作是科技进步、科技创新和科技成果转化的有效路径。为发挥产学研合作在专业镇公共服务平台建设和产业发展中的重要作用,加快推动广东专业镇转型升级,文章通过对博贺渔业专业镇实地调研,综合分析当地产业技术基础和产业需求、合作内容和目的、产业组织经济实力等因素,提出目前应当选择"产学研三方共同参与,政府推动与自愿合作相结合"的产学研合作目标模式。并从"科学规划技术创新战略、明细产学研合作思路、选择恰当的合作主体、建立完善产学研合作运行机制、选准拟合作方向和内容"等方面,提出产学研合作有效模式的构建思路。

外文摘要：Production-study-research cooperation is the important path to promote scientific and technological progress, innovation and achievement transformation. To exert the effect of production-study-research cooperation mode on the public service platform construction and industry development of professional town, and to accelerate the transformation and upgrading process in professional town of Guangdong, we analyzed the factors, such as local industrial technology base and industrial needs, the content and purpose of cooperation, and industrial organization economic strength, in Bohe town through field research. We suggested that the cooperation mode that production-study-research tripartite participation and government promotion and voluntary cooperation should be selected in Bohe town. Meanwhile , we put forward the construction idea on production-study-research cooperation mode from those mechanisms, including scientific planning of technical innovation strategy, detailing the ideas for production-study-research cooperation, choosing the appropriate cooperation body, establishing and perfecting the cooperation mechanism, choosing the appropriate cooperative direction and content, and so on.
