中文摘要：伴随着中华人民共和国的成立,我国政治制度建设突飞猛进,形成了以宪法为根基的中国特色社会主义制度体系。但是经济社会发展进程中的道德失范问题日益突出,道德建设缺位成为国家治理正在面临的新挑战。在政治学领域中的正义法则与个人存在的逻辑关系中,国家是承载道德正义、行为正义、政治正义、制度正义的政治实体,个人如何看待和应对国家制度、法律和道德规范,需要通过治理主体对其进行正确引导,从而有效维护社会道德正义、规范治理主体行为正义,进而贯彻国家制度正义、实现国家政治正义,以应对国家法治建设进程中的重大挑战,实现国家治理现代化的发展目标。

外文摘要：Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,our country’s political system construction has advanced rapidly,and a socialist system with Chinese characteristics based on the Constitution has been formed.However,the problem of moral anomie in economic and social development has become increasingly prominent.The absence of moral construction has become a new challenge for national governance.In the logical relationship between the law of justice and the existence of individuals in the field of political science,the state is a political entity that carries moral justice,behavioral justice,political justice,and institutional justice.It conducts correct guidance to effectively maintain social moral justice and standardize governance subjects’behavioral justice,and then implement national system justice and achieve national political justice,so as to respond to major challenges in building the rule of law in China and achieve the development goals of national governance modernization.
