外文摘要:Four new azaphilones, peniazaphilones A-D (1-4), together with four analogues (5-8), were isolated from the alga-derived fungus Penicillium sp. ZJ-27. The structures of 1-8 were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR analysis. The absolute configurations of 1-4 were determined by electronic circular dichroism (ECD). The isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxic activity against two tumor cell lines and antibacterial activities against twelve aquatic pathogenic bacteria.
