中文摘要:Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)溶液是海洋环境监测中COD和DO测试的标准滴定试剂,其不确定度对监测结果有着重要影响。为探讨不确定度评估方法之间的差异,分别采用常规法和校准法对Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)溶液浓度进行不确定度评估。结果表明常规法和校准法评定的相对不确定度分别为0.88%和0.44%,基于最大允许误差的常规评定法可能增大测量结果的不确定度,进而影响监测数据质量的评估;测量仪器性能与测量不确定度值之间的关系表明测量仪器的个体差异,如示值误差,可能是导致不确定度评定结果差异的主要原因。

外文摘要:Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3) solution is used as a standard titration reagent for monitoring COD and DO in seawater.The uncertainty of Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3) solution concentration was assessed by the conventional method and calibration method,and their differences were discussed.The results showed that the relative uncertainties were 0.88%and 0.44%for the conventional and calibration methods,respectively.The higher value may be due to the conventional method with the maximum allowable error,which may influence the quality assessment of COD and DO data.The correlation between performance parameters and uncertainty of measurement instrument revealed that individual variations in instruments,such as indication errors,might be the major factor contributing to differing uncertainty values.
