中文摘要：近年来中国能源与环境问题逐渐凸显,大力发展可再生能源是破解能源供给与环境约束双重难题的关键所在,当前包括中国在内的众多国家广泛采用上网价格政策作为扶持可再生能源产业发展的核心政策。本文在对中国当前可再生能源发电产业的发展与上网电价政策情况进行梳理的基础上,探寻产业发展与政策实施过程中存在的问题,并提出未来的改进策略。

外文摘要：In recent years, the energy and environment problems in China gradually stood out. Further developing renewable energy is the key path to solve the problems of energy supply and environmental constraints. Currently, many countries including China has taken feed-in tariff as the core policy to support the development of renewable energy industry. In this paper, on the basis of sorting out the development of renewable energy industry and practice of feed-in tariff in China, the paper tries to find out the problems of industry development and policy implement. And some improved strategies in the future are provided.
