中文摘要:广西边境地区普通高中当前存在着生源规模占比持续降低、优质生源向外流失的生源现状。由于这些优质生源的向外流失,广西边境地区普通高中正面临着学校的教育质量难以提升、学生对本校的认同感偏低、教师的发展环境遭到恶化等发展问题。基于贫困文化理论,这些问题的产生可以从家庭环境中存在的"读书无望"教育观念、学生群体中出现的"反学校文化"行为以及教师队伍中遭遇的职业发展价值分化等三方面影响因素分析,并以此提出三方面实践对策:通过建设保护性招生制度与引进优质教育资源来加大边境高中的生源保护与资源共享、通过加大地方文化资源开发与跨文化教育来增强边境高中学生的教育认同与文化自信,通过提升薪资、参与治理、教师交流等手段来提升教师的社会地位与职业成就等。

外文摘要:General high schools in the border areas of Guangxi are facing problems including decreasing proportion of students and continuous loss of high quality students.Due to the loss of these highquality students,ordinary high schools in the border areas of Guangxi are facing the development problems such as difficulty of improving quality of education,pretty low self-identity of students towards their schools,and the deterioration of the development environment of teachers.Based on the theory of poverty culture,these problems can be analyzed from three aspects:the idea of uselessness of education in the family environment,"anti-school culture"emerged among students and the differentiation of professional development value encountered in the teaching team.Thus three practical countermeasures are proposed as follows:the construction of the protective enrollment system and the introduction of high-quality educational resources to attract students and increase resource sharing in border high schools,the strong development of local cultural resources and cross-cultural education to enhance the educational identity and cultural self-confidence of students,as well as the promotion of salary,participation in governance,teachers’communication and other means to enhance teachers’social status and professional achievements..
