中文摘要：通过构建农业现代化评价指标体系,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定权重,综合测算了珠海市2009—2014年农业现代化的发展水平,对测算结果进行了深入分析并提出珠海农业现代化发展的政策建议。结果显示:珠海市2009—2014年的农业现代化水平处于快速发展阶段,领先于广东农业现代化发展,但存在农林牧渔服务业发育不健全、农产品加工率低、农业科技贡献率低、农产品同质化严重等问题。为了健全珠海农业现代化,应加大农业科技补贴力度、提高农产品附加值、调整农业产业结构和打造农业品牌化经营格局。

外文摘要：Using the method of Delphi and AHP, setting the target, this paper comprehensively measured the composite scores of modern agricul- ture in Zhuhai from 2009 to 2014, and put forward the policy suggestions of the development of agricultural modernization in Zhuhai with the measure results .This result showed that the level of agricultural modernization was in the stage of rapid development in Zhuhai from 2009 to 2014, in the lead of agricultural modernization in Guangdong, but there were services for agriculture development problems being not perfect, agricultural products pro- cessing, the low rate of contribution rate of agricultural technology and agricultural product homogeneity serious low. In order to improve the agricultur- al modernization from Zhuhai, we should increase the agricultural science and technology subsidies, increase the added value of agricultural products, adjust the structure of agricultural industry and build the agricultural brand management pattern.
