中文摘要：为探索蒲公英提取物对凡纳滨对虾常见弧菌病原的抑制效果,分别以蒸馏水、氧氟沙星药敏纸片作为阴性和阳性参考,采取K-B纸片扩散法和2倍稀释法,检测蒲公英提取液对凡纳滨对虾五种不同弧菌病原体的体外抑菌活性效果、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:0.167 g/mL蒲公英提取液对地中海弧菌、溶藻弧菌、哈维弧菌、巴西弧菌、副溶血弧菌都具有明显的抑制效果,其中对地中海弧菌抑制作用显著高于其他弧菌,对哈维弧菌、巴西弧菌和副溶血弧菌抑菌效果均显著低于其他菌种(P<0.05),且两两之间均无显著性差异。不同浓度的蒲公英提取液对地中海弧菌、哈维弧菌、副溶血弧菌的MIC分别为21、42、84 mg/m L,MBC分别为21、84、84 mg/mL;对溶藻弧菌和巴西弧菌的MIC均为21 mg/mL,MBC为42 mg/mL。其中,蒲公英提取物对地中海弧菌的抑菌与杀菌效果最佳。可见,蒲公英提取物对养殖凡纳滨对虾的常见弧菌病原存在着良好的抑制效果。

外文摘要：This experiment aimed to explore the inhibitory effect of dandelion extract on common Vibrio pathogens of Litopenaeus vannamei.Distilled water and ofloxacin antimicrobial susceptibility paper discs were used as negative and positive references,and the K-B discs and 2-fold dilution methods were used to detect the in vitro antibacterial activity,minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of dandelion extract against five different Vibrio pathogens of L.vannamei.0.167 g/mL dandelion extract had obvious inhibitory effects on Vibrio mediterranean,Vibrio algaelyticus,Vibrio harvey,Vibrio brasilis,and Vibrio parahaemolyticus,among which the most inhibitory effect was on V.mediterranean.The MIC of V.mediterranean,V.harvey,and V.parahaemolyticus were 21,42,84 mg/mL,respectively,and the MBC was 21,84,84 mg/mL,respectively.The MIC for V.algalinolyticus and V.brasiliensis was 21 mg/mL and 42 mg/mL for MBC.In particular,dandelion extract had the best antibacterial and bactericidal effect on V.mediterranean.It could be seen that dandelion extract had a good inhibitory effect on common Vibrio pathogens in L.vannamei.
