中文摘要：基于2010—2021年我国31个省份(港澳台地区除外)的面板数据,构建包含23个二级指标的乡村振兴发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法对31个省份的乡村振兴发展水平进行测度,借助Dagum基尼系数分解方法揭示乡村振兴发展水平的区域差异,并通过收敛性分析考察区域差异的变化趋势。研究发现:我国乡村振兴发展水平存在较大的提升空间,发展水平整体不高,且区域差异显著,呈现出“东部地区>中部地区>东北地区>西部地区”的分布特征;乡村振兴发展水平的区域差异逐渐缩小,区域间差异是乡村振兴发展水平差异的主要来源,区域内差异呈现出“东部地区>西部地区>中部地区>东北地区”的分布特征;乡村振兴发展水平呈现出显著的β收敛趋势。据此提出,应进一步实施差异化发展策略以促进区域协调发展、发掘农村发展内在动力以提高乡村振兴水平、加强专业人才队伍建设以提高乡村治理水平等,从而推进乡村全面振兴。

外文摘要：Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2010 to 2021,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural revitalization development level which comprises 23 secondary indicators.The entropy method was used to measure the rural revitalization development level of the 31 provinces,and the Dagum Gini coefficient was utilized to reveal regional disparities in rural revitalization development level.Convergence analysis was conducted to examine the trend of regional disparities.The study found that there is significant development potential in China's rural revitalization,but the overall development level is relatively low.Regional differences in rural revitalization development level are evident,with a distributional characteristic of"eastern region>western region>central region>northeastern region".Regional differences in the development level of village revitalization have gradually narrowed,and inter-regional differences are the main source of differences in the development level of village revitalization.Intra-regional differences show the distribution characteristics of"eastern region>western region>central region>northeastern region".There is evidence ofβ-convergence in rural revitalization development level.Based on these findings,it is proposed to further implement differentiated development strategies to promote regional coordinated development,exploit the intrinsic driving forces for rural development to enhance rural revitalization level,strengthen the construction of professional talent teams to improve rural governance level,and ultimately advance comprehensive rural revitalization.
