中文摘要：通过文献资料、实地考察访谈、比较分析、统计分析等方法,对深圳观澜湖网球中心的经营状况、观澜湖网球中心与其周边地区的优劣势对比、观澜湖网球中心场地使用率低等问题进行了全面细致的研究和分析。发现该网球中心拥有大量的网球场和配套服务设施以及一支人数不多但水平高的网球教练队伍,拥有观澜周边地区网球相关场所无法与之匹敌的压倒性优势,但观澜湖网球中心的管理者对其场地设施的经营不善,造成大量的网球场地极大的浪费和空置。对于这种现状,提出了一系列的发展对策,意图为相关的经营者提供参考和借鉴。

外文摘要：Through the methods of literature, investigation interview, comparative analysis, and statistical, this paper analyzes the issues such as the operations of Mission Hills Shenzhen tennis center, comparison of its advantages and disadvantages with the one of surrounding area, and low utilization rate. It finds that there are a large number of tennis courts and supporting serviee facilities and tennis coaches of small number but high level in this tennis center. It also has overwhelming advantages which relative centers cannot be compared with it. Nevertheless, bad management of facilities causes great waste and out of using. For this situation, the study puts forward a series of countermeasures to provide reference for relevant operators.
