中文摘要：全球性贫困是当今世界面临的巨大挑战,主要分布在集中连片的生态脆弱地带,由于自然资源的使用不当陷入了恶性循环陷阱,是影响国际社会稳定与发展的潜在因素。随着生态补偿研究拓展,贫困问题和生态补偿的联系日渐凸显,并成为研究焦点。为了理清两者关系,文章从生态补偿的定义、运作原理、补偿效益三个方面对近年来对国内外重要文献和关键问题进行归纳和分析,进而为新的发展趋势提出展望,以期为更好地实现脱贫提出建议。

外文摘要：Nowadays, global poverty is recognized as a great challenge in the world which mainly distributes in the fragile ecological zone. It is the potential factor that can influence the stability and development of the international society by using the natural resources incorrectly and falling into the vicious circle traps. With the expansion of ecological compensation research, the relationship between poverty and ecological compensation is becoming more and more prominent, and finally evolve into the focus of researches. In order to clarify their relationship, this paper tries to collect and analyze the vital literatures and essential issues published in recent years in terms of definition, operational principles and effect evaluation of ecological compensation at home and abroad, which make the prospects of the new trend of development and proposals to get rid of poverty preferably.
