中文摘要:为了获得高打印质量、低制造成本的小型光固化打印机,设计了一种基于LCD屏的光固化3D打印机。以UV灯作为光源,采用液态光敏树脂作为打印材料,依托Raspberry Pi 4B为主控系统,利用LCD屏的选择透光性控制紫外光以固定形状照射液态光敏树脂,使之按照顺序逐层固化并叠加成型。该装置结构简单,打印精度较高,制作成本低,操作简便,具有一定的应用价值。
外文摘要:In order to improve the printing quality of desktop-level light curing printers,reduce the production cost,a light curing 3 D printer based on LCD screen was designed,which used UV lamp as the light source,liquid photosensitive resin as the printing material,and Raspberry Pi 4 B as the main control system.It controlled ultraviolet light to irradiate liquid photosensitive resin in a fixed shape with the selected light transmittance of LCD screen,so that it could be solidified layer by layer and superposition to form.The device has the advantages of simple structure,high printing accuracy,low production cost,simple operation,and has certain application value.
