中文摘要:动物肌间脂肪的形成是一个复杂的生理代谢过程,成肌细胞及前体脂肪细胞相互作用在该性状的形成过程中具有重要的影响。不同的细胞可以通过自分泌或者旁分泌等途径对脂肪细胞的分化、募集和附着等活动起到重要的调控作用。Transwell共培养技术的出现和发展,为细胞间互作关系的研究奠定了基础,但影响肌间脂肪沉积的因素和细胞间互作方式仍需进一步了解。模拟成肌细胞和前体脂肪细胞互作效应,对阐明脂肪沉积因素及相互作用机制有很大的帮助。近年来,成肌细胞与前体脂肪细胞在共培养体系中互作研究取得进展,但对于2种细胞间的互作作用及相关机制研究仍需进一步探讨。深入挖掘两者在共培养体系中导致脂肪沉积的关键影响因子及其细胞间相互作用,将会为成肌细胞和前体脂肪细胞互作、畜禽肌肉大理石花纹的形成和人类脂肪代谢相关疾病的研究提供重要的理论依据。
外文摘要:The formation of intermuscular fat in animals is a complex physiological metabolic process,and the interaction between myoblasts and preadipocytes plays an important role in the formation of this character.Different cells can play an important role in regulating the differentiation,recruitment and attachment of adipocytes through autocrine or paracrine.The emergence and development of transwell co-culture technology has laid the foundation for the study of intercellular interaction,but the factors affecting intermuscular fat deposition and the mode of intercellular interaction need to be further understood.Simulating the interaction between myoblasts and preadipocytes is of great help to clarify the factors of fat deposition and the mechanism of the interaction.This paper reviewed the research progress of the interaction between myoblasts and preadipocytes in co-culture system in recent years,and further discussed the application of transwell co-culture technology in the study of the interaction between myoblasts and adipose precursors.In-depth exploration of the key factors leading to fat deposition and the interaction between them in the co-culture system will provide an important theoretical basis for the interaction between myoblasts and preadipocytes,the formation of marbling in livestock and poultry muscle and the diseases related to human fat metabolism.
