中文摘要：精细化管理作为一种现代科学管理理念引入到高校图书馆文献采购工作中,有利于提高文献采购质量和图书馆服务水平。首先指出当前高校图书馆文献采购中存在的问题,在对精细化管理内涵特征进行剖析的基础上,指出高校图书馆文献采购实施精细化管理的必要性以及路径选择。

外文摘要：Fine management as a modem scientific management theory introduced into the acquisition document of university libraries is beneficial to improving the quality and the service level of acquisition document in libraries. This paper firstly points out that the document acquisitions of libraries have many problems, and introduced concept and characteristic of fine management, and then pointed out that it is necessary that the University Library should apply fine management into the acquisition document and the method of solving problems.
