外文摘要：The production capacity declined as a result of some influential factors in the assembly line balance. This paper analyses the locality of the bottleneck workstation, statistical fluctuation of the operational time of the machine and overlap of the employee's professional skills. The result shows: The phenomena about delay and block will be brought in front or back workstation of bottleneck workstation as a result of the different locality of it in assembly line, which makes the loss of assembly line high. The accumulation effect will appear due to the statistical fluctuation of the operational time and be more and more obvious with the more products. The overlap of the employee's professional skill affects the restriction degree between assembly line balancing and distribution of works. According to the affection of learning curve, the balance will be not existed. At last, the paper gives some suggestions to solve this accumulation affection.
