中文摘要：以嵌入在产学研合作网络的学研机构科研团队为研究对象,探讨其学术绩效与产学研合作网络之间的影响机理,发现产学研合作网络对学术绩效存在两条影响路径:(1)产学研合作网络通过非线性(倒U型)方式作用于探索性学习,然后探索性学习再以线性(正向)方式作用于学术绩效;(2)产学研合作网络通过线性(正向)方式作用于开发性学习,然后开发性学习再以非线性(倒U型)方式作用于学术绩效。

外文摘要：Taking the academic research teams in the Industry-University-Research Institute （IUR） collaboration network as the research sample, this study attempts to reveal the influence mechanism between IUR collaboration network and academic performance of academic teams. It is found that there are two influence paths that IUR collaboration network affects academic performance of aca- demic teams. More specifically, the one path is that IUR collaboration network has a nolinear （in-erted U-shaped） effect on exploratory learning, and then exploratory learning further has a linear （positive） effect on academic performance of academic teams. Another path is that IUR collaboration network has a linear （positive） effect on exploitative learning,and then exploitative learning has a no- linear （inverted U-shaped） effect on academic performance of academic teams.
