中文摘要：随着国家和社会对高等教育要求的不断提高,社会对创新型人才的需求越来越多。文章结合“电机学”课程现状,分析了我校组织参加“三菱电机杯”全国大学生电气与自动化大赛的现状及问题存在原因。围绕创新型人才培养要求,提出将“三菱电机杯”全国大学生电气与自动化大赛与“电机学”课程相结合,从分级教学模式、竞赛成绩与课程成绩相结合和课后辅导答疑多样化等方面探讨了教学改革的基本思路。

外文摘要：With the continuous improvement of national and social requirements for higher education, the society needs more and more innovative talents. Based on the current situation of the course "electrical motor", this paper analyzes the current situation and existing reasons for the organization of our university to participate in the "Mitsubishi Electric Cup" national college students electrical and automation competition. Centering on the requirements of cultivating innovative talents, the paper proposes to combine the "Mitsubishi Electric Cup" national college students electrical and automation competition with the course of "Electrical Motor", and discusses the basic ideas of teaching reform from the aspects of graded teaching mode, competition performance and course performance, and diversity of after-class counseling and answering questions.
