中文摘要：农地流转是促进农业结构调整优化的重要举措。从经济、社会、生态三方面选取12个因子构建指标体系对2010—2017年湛江市农地内部流转市场绩效进行评价,并分析其与农地结构、农业种植结构之间的关系,为湛江市农业结构调整提供科学依据。结果表明:湛江市农地内部流转在经济、社会和生态方面有不同程度的提高,市场绩效总体呈增长趋势,指数从0.4833增长到0.8422;并与农地结构、农业结构存在高度相关。最后提出调整农地内部流转市场绩效的建议。

外文摘要：Farmland transfer is an important measure to promote the adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure.This paper evaluates the market performance of agricultural land internal circulation by selecting 12 factors from three aspects of economy,society and ecology to construct an index system in Zhanjiang City from 2010 to 2017,and analyzes the relationship between it and agricultural land structure and agricultural planting structure,providing scientific basis for agricultural structure adjustment in Zhanjiang City.The results showed that the internal circulation of agricultural land in Zhanjiang City has improved to varying degrees in economy,society and ecology,and the market performance shows an overall growth trend,with the index increasing from 0.4833 to 0.8422.It is highly correlated with the structure of farmland and agriculture.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions to adjust the market performance of farmland internal circulation..
