中文摘要：根据地方经济发展的需要,以社会需求为导向,构建以理工融合为特点的应用化学创新人才培养方案。本文从目标定位、特色方向、师资队伍建设、课程体系、实践教学、校企合作、培养模式等方面探讨了该人才培养方案的建设与实施。

外文摘要：According to local economy, innovative talents training pogram of applied chemistry with the characteristics of science and engineering integration was guided by social needs. In this paper, the construction and implementation of the program was discussed from the target orientation, characteristic direction, construction of teaching staff, curriculum system, practical teaching, school enterprise cooperation, and training mode.
