中文摘要:为确定广东惠州某渔场养殖草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)突发性死亡病因,本研究从患病死亡草鱼病灶鳍、鳃、肌肉、脾脏、肝脏等病灶组织分离到1株优势菌HZ08,随后对分离菌形态特征、生理生化特性、回归感染、16S rRNA基因进化及药物敏感性进行研究。结果显示,该菌葡萄糖产气、甘露醇、覃糖、ONPG、蔗糖、氧化酶活性和VP等生理生化鉴定为阳性;与NCBI上维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)具有99%同源性;回归感染实验表明菌株HZ08对草鱼具有强致病性,LD_(50)为6.8×10^(5)CFU/mL;综上鉴定该菌为致病性维氏气单胞菌。药敏结果显示,该菌株耐受氨苄西林、苯唑西林、青霉素G、万古霉素、克林霉素等5种药物;对哌拉西林、环丙沙星、克拉霉素、呋喃妥因等4种药物中度敏感;对氨曲南、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星、红霉素、麦迪霉素、四环素、多粘菌素B、复方新诺明等26种药物高度敏感。本研究为草鱼养殖中维氏气单胞菌病的防控提供一定的参考依据。

外文摘要:In order to clarify the sudden death of Ctenopharyngodon idellus in Huizhou,a dominant bacterial strain(Designated as HZ08)was isolated from the diseased fish.The morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics,regression infection,16 S rRNA gene evolution and drug sensitivity of HZ08 was also investigated in this study.The positive results on gas gangrene,mannitol,sucrose,ONPG,sucrose,oxidase activity and VP were positive in physiological and biochemical tests of HZ08.Blast analysis on NCBI indicated that the strain HZ08 was 99%homology with Aeromonas veronii.Regression infection test showed that the strain HZ08 was pathogenic to Ctenopharyngodon idellus,with an LD_(50)was 6.8×10^(5)CFU/m L.Based on the data described above,the strain HZ08 was identified as a pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila.The further drug susceptibility test showed that the strain was resistant to ampicillin,oxacillin,penicillin G,vancomycin and clindamycin,moderately sensitive to piperacillin,ciprofloxacin,clarithromycin and furantoin,and highly sensitive to 26 different antibiotics such as aztreonam,gentamicin,ofloxacin,erythromycin,midecamycin,tetracycline,polymyxin B and compound neotamine.This study will provide some reference basis for the prevention and control of disease induced by Aeromonas hydrophila in Ctenopharyngodon idellus culture.
