中文摘要:为了探讨热应激诱发动物免疫损伤的可能机理,本研究观测了热应激对巴马香猪行为、基线免疫和血液生化指标的影响。对巴马香猪的行为观察发现热应激使其饮欲增强、活动量增大和打斗增多。结果表明:热应激使巴马香猪红、白细胞数量显著升高(P<0.05);嗜中性粒细胞百分率下降,嗜酸性和嗜碱性粒百分率上升;单核细胞百分率升高(P<0.05);热应激对巴马香猪血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总胆固醇(TC)和白蛋白(ALB)的影响不大。血尿素氮(BUN)呈下降趋势,但差异不显著;肌酸激酶(CK)升高(P<0.05);乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量下降。葡萄糖(GLU)则在早期低于对照组,而后期高于对照组(P<0.05),说明热应激引起巴马香猪代谢和内分泌紊乱。

外文摘要:In order to explore the reasons of animal immune injury induced by heat stress, 20 Bama miniature pigs were used to investigate the change of baseline immune and blood plasma biochemical indexes after treating by heat stress 1,7,14 and 21 day. The results showed that there, the total red blood cell, white blood cell and the percentage of monocytes were increased dramatically (P 〈 0.05 ), while the percentage of neutrophils was decreased, however, the basophils and Eosinophils had no significant difference compared to control. The change of blood plasma biochemical indexes changed as following, the lactate dehydrogenase was decreased dramatically. On the contrary, the creatine kinase was increased significantly. The characteristic of glucose change in the blood plasma showed lower concentration in the forepart and higher concentration in the end of heat stress. Furthermore, the superoxide dismutase, total cholesterol and albumin no significant difference compared to control. We immune indexes and blood biochemical indexes drastically, can concluded that the heat stress influenced the baseline and the turbulence of endocrine may play an important role in the immune injury in the Bama miniature pig.
