中文摘要:为研究饲粮能量和粗蛋白水平对贵妃鸡生长性能及养分代谢的影响,以确定0~6周龄贵妃鸡日粮中适宜能量和粗蛋白水平,试验选用1日龄贵妃鸡雏鸡360只(公母各半),采用2×3因子设计,共6个处理,其中两个代谢能水平,分别为11.7MJ/kg、12.0MJ/kg,三个粗蛋白水平,分别为19.5%、20.5%和21.5%,每个处理6个重复,每重复10只雏鸡,试验饲养42d,试验末,每组选6只鸡采用全收粪法进行代谢试验。结果表明:以末重和日增重为衡量指标,均以代谢能11.7MJ/kg、粗蛋白20.5%和21.5%效果最好;以耗料增重比为衡量指标,则分别以能量12.0MJ/kg、粗蛋白20.5%为最佳;综合养分代谢率结果,多以代谢能和粗蛋白水平11.7MJ/kg、20.5%效果最好。综上结果,推荐0~6周龄贵妃鸡日粮中适宜的代谢能水平为11.7MJ/kg,粗蛋白水平为20.5%。

外文摘要:The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary (ME) and crude protein (CP) levels on growth and nutrient utilization in Princess metabolic energy chicks at the age of 0-6 weeks, so as to determine the optimum dietary levels of ME and CP. A 2 x 3 factorial arrangement of treatments was used in this experiment involving 2 metabolic energy of 11.7 MJ/kg and 12.0 MJ/kg, and 3 crude protein levels of 19.5%, 20.5% and 21.5%, respectively. A total of 360 1- day-old chicks (half male and half female) were randomly allotted to one of 6 treatments for 6 replicate pens of 10 birds each, and were fed the experimental diets for 42 days. At the end of the feeding experiment, 6 chicks from each treatment were randomly allocated to the individual metabolic cages to conduct the metabolism test. Results showed that the recommended levels of dietary ME and CP for the maximum final weight and weight gain can be set to be 11.7 MJ/kg, 20.5% or 21.5% , respectively. For feed conversion rate, the appropriate levels of dietary ME and CP will be 12 MJ/kg, 20.5% For maximum nutrient utilization, the desired dietary ME and CP content in the diet seems to be 11.7 MJ/kg, 20.5%. On the basis of the above results, the optimum dietary ME and CP of kg and 20.5% were suggested for Princess chicks at the age of 0-6 weeks.
