中文摘要：中国是世界上的大国,理应享有较大的国际话语权,不过中国的国际话语权与中国的综合实力明显不相称。制约中国国际话语权提升的主要因素有:以美国为首的发达国家的打压,周边国家及发展中国家的不支持,中国国际话语权经验的不足。

外文摘要：China is a power in the world,and should enjoy a greater international discourse right.However,it is not commensurate with the comprehensive strength of China.The main constraints are:the suppression of developed countries led by the United States,the lack of support from neighboring countries and developing countries,and the lack of experience in China's international discourse right.
