中文摘要:于1989—1990年,对海水网箱养殖的云纹石斑鱼自然感染和人工感染的淋巴囊肿病进行电镜观察。观察结果表明,自然感染和人工感染的淋巴囊肿细胞之间并无区别,它们均含有许多包涵体和病毒颗粒;主要描述用患淋巴囊肿病病鱼的皮肤结节匀浆对实验鱼作皮下注射而感染的淋巴囊肿病的超微病理过程,包括病毒颗粒在成纤维细胞胞膜上的附着和成纤维细胞及其内含物的形态变化等过程;此外,病鱼心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏和肠上皮也有不同程度的病理变化。

外文摘要:Lymphocystis is an infectious vira disease found woridwide in wild andcultured marine, brackish and freshwarer fishes. After infection of test kelp bass bysubcutaneous injection with skin nodue homogenate of spontheously infectedlymphocyshs disease of kelp bass (Epinethelus moara) cultured in marine net cages inGuangdong, from 1990 to 1992, the histopathological changes were studied underelectron microscope. The results were as followtThe ultraStructural histopathological changes of experimentally infected kelp basswere the same as those of spontalleously infected lymphocyshs, In the cytoplasm ofthe cells of skin nodules, lymphocyshs cells, there were numerous inclusions thatdistributed in the form of network of inclusions showing condensed electron dense andcoarse granular appearance. Th inside and outside of the meshes were closely packedwith virus particles. The vims particle attached at first to the surface of the fibroblastcells in the derma, then entered the cells, changed the cells morphology and structure,finally formed the Iymphocyshs ceIls. Rupture of the lymphocystis cells on the bodysurface caused large open ulcerating wound.Although lymphocystis cells and virus particles were not discovered in the liver,spleen, kidney, heart and intestine of the diseased fish, the ultramicroscopic cellstructures of those organs changed in various degrees, i.e.mitochondria had disorderedcristae, abundant endoplasmic rehctila enlarged and developed into vesicae, whichdemonstrated that their function had already been seriously impaired and abnormal fishmetabolism could result in final death of the diseased kelp bass.
