中文摘要:基于模糊数学的基本原理,采用模糊矩阵和德尔菲法相结合的方法建立了垃圾焚烧电厂烟气脱硝技术综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,建立了模糊综合评价模型,并根据最大隶属原则得到评价结果。与选择性催化还原法结果表明,在满足环保标准的前提下,选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)脱硝效果优于SNCR(SCR)联合脱硝,SNCR/SCR联合脱硝优于SCR。SNCR的经济投资相对较低,适合国内垃圾焚烧电厂采用。

外文摘要:Based on basic theory of the fuzzy mathematics,and combined fuzzy matrix with Delphi method,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the flue gas denitrification technology in MSW incineratron power plants has been established.The weights of indices are confirmed by using the hierarchy analytical process,then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model being set up,and the evaluation results being obtained by using the maxium membership principle.The results of evaluation show that the selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) method is better than the combined SNCR/SCR denitrification method,and the combined SNCR/SCR method is superior to the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) method under prerequisite of satisfying the standard of environment protection.The capital investment for SNCR is relatively low,thereby being suitable to utilization in MSW incineration power plants.
