中文摘要:基于2007—2017年我国11个沿海省份的有关面板数据,运用面板向量自回归模型(PVAR)分析海洋科技创新、海洋全要素生产率与海洋经济发展的动态关系。研究结果表明:我国海洋科技创新与海洋全要素生产率存在自我增强机制和双向促进关系,但相互促进效果较小;长期来看,海洋经济发展对海洋全要素生产率的影响程度大于对海洋科技创新的影响,而海洋全要素生产率对海洋经济发展的促进作用比较明显。基于研究结论,提出通过发挥自我增强机制的提升作用提高海洋科技创新与海洋全要素生产率的相互促进效应,以创新驱动经济发展、以全要素生产率提升经济质量,促进我国海洋经济高质量发展,推动海洋强国建设。

外文摘要:Based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2007 to 2017,PVAR is used to analyze the dynamic relationship between marine scientific and technological innovation,marine total elements and marine economic development.The results show that:China's marine science and technology innovation and marine total factor productivity have self-enhancement mechanism and two-way promotion relationship,but the mutual promotion effect is less;in the long run,the impact of marine economic development on marine total factor productivity is greater than that on marine scientific and technological innovation,while marine total factor productivity promotes marine economic development more obviously.Based on the research conclusion,this paper proposes to improve the mutual promotion effect between marine science and technology innovation and marine total factor productivity by exerting the self-enhancing mechanism,to drive economic development by innovation,to improve economic quality by total factor productivity,to promote the high quality development of marine economy in China,and to promote the construction of marine power.
