中文摘要:采用12个随机引物对北海、三亚、厦门地区的光裸星虫进行RAPD分析,结果表明,光裸星虫北海、厦门、三亚种群平均多态位点比例分别为73·39%、84·20%和87·00%,平均遗传多样性指数分别为0·2450、0·2958和0·2670。北海种群和三亚种群遗传距离(Dbs)为0·1225;北海种群与厦门种群的遗传距离(Dbx)为0·2947;三亚种群与厦门种群的遗传距离(Dsx)为0·2193。在聚类分析树上,厦门种群最先从聚类树上分支出来。OPH-02-880和OPO-09-510为厦门种群的特征性片段,可作为种群鉴别的依据。

外文摘要:Genetic diversity in three populations of S. nudus from Beihai, Xiamen and Sanya was analyzed by using RAPD technique. Twelve selected from 120 random primers were used in the studies. The results indicated that the rates of polymorphic locus (P) were 73.39% (Beihai) ,84.20% (Xiamen) and 87.00% (Sanya), and the mean indexes of genetic diversity (Ⅰ) were 0. 245 0 (Beihai) ,0. 295 8 (Xiamen) and 0. 267 0 (Sanya), respectively. The genetic distance between two populations (Beihai and Sanya, Beihai and Xiamen, Sanya and Xiamen) were 0. 122 5, 0. 294 7 and 0.219 3, respectively. The UPGMA tree indicated that the cluster of Xiamen population was the earliest branch separated from the original population of the species. In addition, only OPH-02^-880 and OPO-09^-510 of population-specific markers were presented in Xiamen population.
