外文摘要：Fish muco-associated lymphoid tissue is rich in mucous layers, which directly interact with the external environment and are the first line of immune defense. To elucidate the characteristics of mucosal microbial communities in healthy and diseased-dead G. maculatum, this study employed 16S rRNA sequencing combined with histopathological observation to systematically analyze the microbial community composition and histological differences in the mucosal tissues of both groups. The results of the section showed that compared with the healthy group, the changes of skin in the sick and dead group were more significant, and the differences of intestinal and gill tissues were not significant.
