外文摘要：This article adopted the literature material and the logic method to discuss the malpractice during the cultivation of Ding Junhui, the shortage of cultivation pattern dominated by government and the main problems for the development of billiard. And finally the author proposed some countermeasures for improve and perfect the cultivation for competitive billiard talents.
