中文摘要:在实验室条件下,研究了羊栖菜对不同浓度N、P及其不同形态的N的吸收速率。结果表明:不同N、P浓度下,羊栖菜吸收N、P的速率存在显著差异(P<0.05),羊栖菜对N、P的吸收速率随各处理组N、P浓度的升高而增加,并在N、P分别为50μmol/L和5μmol/L时达到饱和吸收速率,其分别为1.369μmol/(g.h)和0.143μmol/(g.h)。不同N/P值对羊栖菜吸收N速率的影响差异达显著水平(P<0.05),随着N/P值的增加,羊栖菜对N的吸收速率逐渐增加,在N/P为10 1处达到最大吸收速率,以后逐渐下降,在N为50μmol/L时,最大吸收速率为1.324μmol/(g.h),在N为10μmol/L时,最大吸收速率为0.385μmol/(g.h);N浓度不同、N/P值相同时,羊栖菜对N的吸收速率差异显著(P<0.05);不同N/P对羊栖菜吸收P的速率影响差异显著(P<0.05),并且在N为50μmol/L时,N/P在5 1处出现峰值,为0.124μmol/(g.h)。同一N/P不同N浓度对羊栖菜吸收P的速率的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。不同NO-3-N/NH+4-N值对羊栖菜吸收NO-3-N、NH+4-N以及总无机N的速率的影响差异显著(P<0.05),羊栖菜吸收总无机N速率的变化呈M趋势,在2 1和1 2处有2个峰值,分别为1.443μmol/(g.h)和1.423μmol/(g.h);羊栖菜对NO-3-N的吸收速率随NO-3-N/NH+4-N值的增大而增大,对NH+4-N的吸收速率随NO-3-N/NH+4-N值的增大而减小;在NO-3-N/NH+4-N为1 1时,羊栖菜对NH+4-N的吸收速率大于对NO-3-N的吸收速率。不同NO-3-N/NH4+-N值对羊栖菜吸收P的速率影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

外文摘要:In order to study the utilization efficiency of N and P by Sargassum fusiforme,the uptake rates at different concentrations and N/P combinations were determined under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the uptake rates of N and P by Sargassum fusiforme were significantly different(P0.05) at different concentrations,which increased with the increase of N and P concentrations until reaching the saturated values of 1.369μmol/(g·h) and 0.143μmol/(g·h),respectively,at 50μmol/L of N and 5μmol/L of P.The uptake rate of N by Sargassum fusiforme increased with the increase of N to P until it reached the maximum value at the point of 101,and then it decreased with the increase of N to P.The maximum uptake rate of N at N concentration of 50 and 10μmol/L was 1.324 and 0.385μmol/(g·h),respectively.The effects of N to P and N concentration on the uptake rate of N by Sargassum fusiforme were significantly different(P0.05).The effects of N to P and P concentration on the uptake rate of P by Sargassum fusiforme were also significantly different(P0.05).The uptake rate of P reached the maximum value of 0.124μmol/(g·h) at N concentration of 50μmol/L and N to P of 51.The uptake rates of NO-3-N,NH+4-N and total inorganic N(TN) by Sargassum fusiforme were significantly different(P0.05) at the different chemical combination of N.The uptake rate of TN by Sargassum fusiforme showed a variation tendency of M and the two peak values of 1.443μmol/(g·h)and 1.423μmol/(g·h) appeared when the value of NO-3-N/NH+4-N was 21 and 12,respectively.The uptake rate of NO-3-N by Sargassum fusiforme increased with the value of NO-3-N /NH+4-N increased while the uptake rate of NH+4-N decreased.When the value of NO-3-N/NH+4-N was 11,the uptake rate of NH+4-N by Sargassum fusiforme was higher than the uptake rate of NO-3-N.The effect of NO-3-N/NH+4-N value on uptake rate of P was not significantly different(P0.05).
