中文摘要:在学科服务与特藏建设协同发展的视野下培育学科馆员人文素养,有利于完善学科馆员的知识体系,提升服务能力;促进特藏深度开发,维护可持续发展;增强学科馆员的人文情怀,培养团队意识。分析在学科服务领域里学科馆员人文知识和人文精神的特定人文素养构成,提出领导重视、制度护航、实践历练是培育学科馆员人文素养的三个关键。
外文摘要:This paper proposes three roles of humanistic quality in cultivating the subject librarian in the joint development of the Subject Service and Special Collections construction, which improves the knowledge of the subject librarian, enhances service capabilities and promotes further development of Special Collections and maintenance of sustainable development. By doing so, human feelings of Subject Librarian and the team spirit have been enhanced. The analysis will be made on humanistic knowledge of subject librarians within the services and the specific constituents of humanistic spirit. Finally three keys to cultivating humanistic quality of the subject librarians will be proposed including serious attention from leaders, system protection and practical experience.
