外文摘要：The“second combination”refers to the integration of the basic principles of Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese culture.In the process of Chinese-style modernization,it has provided important theoretical support and practical paths for the modernization of rural governance.The“second combination”has a profound internal unity with the modernization of rural governance in terms of people-oriented ideology,the concept of“combining virtue and law”,and the idea of“self-governance”It can provide value guidance for the modernization of rural governance,gather talent strength for it,consolidate the sense of community for it,and solidify the dominant position of farmers for it.In practice,we should uphold Party leadership and fortify the bastion of rural governance modernization;adhere to the Marxist mass historical perspective to create a governance structure of joint construction,joint governance,and shared benefits;comprehensively promote the fine traditional culture of co-governance by virtue and law while advancing its creative transformation and innovative development;and foster a broad talent perspective to build a talent community for modernizing rural governance.
