中文摘要：学报要为学校和师生提供符合其特定科研需要的服务。这就需要学报提高其个性化的服务能力,完成从资源到用户的观念转型和从被动到主动的工作方式转型。要实现这两方面的转型,可以通过即时社交软件、非即时社交软件、信息推送等数字化手段来逐步实现观念和工作方式的转型,从而提高学报的个性化服务能力。

外文摘要：To provide service for the specific research needs of the university and the teachers and students the university journal needs to improve its ability of personalized service by completing the transformation of concepts from the resources to the user and from passive to active working mode. Successful transformation de- pends upon the application of instant social software, non instant social soft＇ware, information push and other dig- ital means.
