中文摘要：电影疗法是通过与咨询者一起观看相关主题的电影来缓解其心理疾病的治疗方式,既可以用于个体也可以用于团体。电影疗法能够将视觉和听觉结合,相较于传统的心理咨询、心理测验来说更受青少年的欢迎,在高校心理健康教育中有着一定的发展前景。本文主要从电影疗法的特点和优势入手,探讨电影疗法在大学心理教育中的应用价值。

外文摘要：Movie therapy is a kind of therapy which can alleviate the mental illness by watching the movies of related subjects together with the consultants.It can be used not only for individuals but also for groups.Movie therapy can combine vision and hearing,which is more popular with teenagers than traditional psychological counseling and psychological test.It has a certain development prospect in college mental health education.This paper mainly discusses the application value of movie therapy in college psychological education from the characteristics and advantages of movie therapy.
