外文摘要：Tang Xianzu, Ming dynasty＇s remarkable dramatist, is always considered of ＂sophisticated＂ . This paper focuses on his relegation to Xuwen Country to explore his recognition of Dao and the birth of the theory of Guisheng （value the life）, and also interprets how the Guisheng theory was applied to his drama The Handan Dream.
